InterLibrary Loan Form

InterLibrary Loan is a service provided by SPL to library patrons - the only fees you will have to pay are the postage fees to send your item(s) back. Fees range from $1-$10 depending on the weight of the item(s). SPL is in a system of InterLibrary Loan with large libraries to provide you with material that we don't have. Fill out this form to borrow books or films - if you know the author and title, please list them; if not, we can search by subject and get back to you with a list of titles to choose from. Once you submit this form, we will get back to you via phone or email (you specify which) to confirm your order. When your material arrives, you will be contacted to pick it up. The check out times will be the same as our local policy.
